Next Generation Leader
With over 40 years of ministry experience, leading on various boards, traveling the world, and heading up over 70 mission trips, Mark’s resume is impressive. Among other things, he is a confident leader, sought after speaker, and author of To Russia with God's Love: When the Cold War yielded to the Prince of Peace. Even now, he serves as the Southeast Regional Coordinator for the National Network of Youth Ministries, bringing together youth pastors to encourage them, equip them, and give back out of his years of experience! Yet with all of these attributes and accomplishments, Mark knows a person’s charisma and skills will only take them so far; character is what can sink the ship. Having grown up in a broken home, Mark made it a priority to do life and family and ministry differently. Mark would love to see fewer leaders burning out because they have embraced the right priorities and tools to go the distance. Mark and Vickie, his wife of 40 years, are proud parents to 4 grown children, each currently serving in ministry. While investing in young people and those who serve them are a passion of Mark’s, he understands his greatest calling is to his family. In his free time, Mark enjoys cycling, connecting with people, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Alison Perfater is from Frederick, MD, and a recent graduate of Asbury University where she served as a Student Body President. She was featured on the Fox News' Tucker Carlson Show speaking on the incredible events that began in February 2023 leading to revivals all over the globe. She is now living in Lexington with her husband, Mason.

Dr. Brian Bennett is a passionate Christ-follower who loves life and being a part of God’s movement in the world through the local church. He is from Michigan (don’t hold it against him) and has pastored vocationally since 2003. Brian holds a doctorate degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. He loves to see people come alive in their relationship with Jesus and is passionate about seeing the local church he serves to be a place where “all people, with all the gifts, are active in all of life”. Brian has a clear calling to help “reimagine” the church in this generation and is passionate about raising up Kingdom leaders to reach our world with the Gospel. Brian has experience as a public-school teacher, coach, pastor, church planter, non-profit founder/leader, social entrepreneur, and author of “Go Now and Be the Church”. His favorite experiences, though, involve time with Jesus, family, good friends, and God at work in and through the local church. He has been married to his wife (and better half) Cindy since 2001 and they have four awesome children.
